Salesforce Systems Administrator

We're looking for a Salesforce Systems Administrator who lives and breathes clean data, insightful reports, and efficient workflows. You'll manage our Salesforce Franchise Management System and operate through our Support Desk to keep everything running at its best.

This role is all about Salesforce — no general admin work, just deep platform knowledge, process improvement, and a sharp eye for detail. If you love building clarity through well-structured systems and understand the rhythm of the property world, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage our Salesforce Franchise Management System — stable, secure, and optimised for performance.
  • Handle all Salesforce support tickets through our Support Desk.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards that drive insight and action.
  • Keep data accurate, organised, and complete across the platform.
  • Manage user onboarding, permissions, and security settings.
  • Map business processes into Salesforce using Flows and automation.
  • Troubleshoot issues and roll out system updates or enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and provide training so users can get the most out of Salesforce.
  • Support integrations with Google Workspace and other key property tools.

What You'll Bring

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud, Tableau CRM, Einstein Discovery) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise or franchise settings.
  • Strong experience with Flows, data management, reports, and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience in the property or real estate industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset — you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
