Sales Data Administrator

Job Summary:
The Sales Data Administrator is responsible for maintaining and organizing sales - related data while actively supporting the sales pipeline through lead generation and date research.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management and Administration
- Enter, update and maintain customer and sales information in the CRM and up to date.
- Ensure all client, lead and transaction data are complete, accurate, and up to date. .
- Support documentation of sales activities, proposals and client interactions.
2. Lead Generation and Research
- Conduct online research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities worldwide.
- Maintain and update a structured list of verified leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improv lead quality and conversion rates.
3. Sales Support
- Track lead progress, follow ups, and conversion outcomes in CRM.
- Help monitor and report in Sales KPI and campaign results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, lead generation or data management.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary
Opportunity to earn commissions of up to Php 45,000.00 based in lead quality conversion

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
