CRM and Automation Specialist – Recruitment Operations

We are hiring a CRM and Automation Specialist to enhance recruitment workflows, improve data quality, and integrate CRM with other platforms. This role combines system administration with automation building and user training.

Must Have's

  • 2–4 years of CRM admin experience
  • Familiarity with automation workflows and integrations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Experience in staffing or sales CRM environments
  • Knowledge of Apollo or Salesforce automation

We Are Looking For The Following Specific Requirements

  • Ability to build and manage CRM workflows
  • Experience in CRM integrations with ATS, email, or marketing tools
  • Skills in user support and documentation

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Maintain and improve CRM workflows and automations
  • Support staff with CRM training and troubleshooting
  • Integrate CRM with other systems
  • Deliver insights and reporting from CRM data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
