The Role: Business Development Manager

This is what you'll be doing

  • Build pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Pitch
    LeadManager
    to senior decision-makers, from contractors to C-suite executives.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations and create tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and
    close deals with pace and precision
    .
  • Expand Hubexo's footprint by spotting growth opportunities across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

About You

This is not a role for someone looking to coast. We're looking for hunters: people who thrive in the chase, who can handle pressure, and who consistently outperform their targets.

  • 2–5 years' B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, or solutions.
  • Consistent record of beating quota in a
    target-driven environment
    .
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers, up to C-suite.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Data-driven approach; familiar with CRM and modern sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • Understanding of Malaysia's business culture; cross-border exposure in Singapore, Indonesia, or Thailand is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; other regional languages are an advantage.
