About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Tritium Marketing. This full-time role is based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office and will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to ensure a seamless sales experience
  2. Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documents
  3. Generating sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities
  4. Providing general office support as needed, such as answering phone calls and managing office supplies

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
