Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Quezon City. The Sales Assistant will assist the sales team with coordinating client interactions, preparing proposals, maintaining customer records, and managing scheduling. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient workflow within the sales department. The role requires frequent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth implementation of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Data analysis and market research abilities to support sales strategies
- Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and maintaining customer records
- Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and workflow management
- Be detail-oriented and possess problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but NOT required
