Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain our Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across sales, marketing, and customer success by leveraging automation, integrations, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
  • Build and manage workflow automations, Process Builder flows, and approval processes
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party apps and marketing automation platforms
  • Maintain data quality through audits, deduplication, and hygiene processes
  • Optimize sales pipelines, lead routing, and opportunity management workflows
  • Support campaign management and marketing automation initiatives
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support and training
  • Document system configurations, processes, and SOPs
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement relevant features

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Specialist
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices
  • Skilled in workflow automation, Process Builder, and Flow
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent)
  • Experience with AppExchange apps and third-party integrations
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and data migration tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Background in sales or customer success operations
