About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the team at CJ Acrywood Works, Inc'. This full-time role is based in Marikina City Metro Manila and will play a crucial administrative support function to our sales team.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing their calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating client communications
- Preparing sales-related documents such as invoices, contracts and reports
- Maintaining an accurate database of customer information and sales data
- Assisting with the processing of sales orders and following up on customer inquiries
- Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or administrative support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using standard office software such as MS Office, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
