Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales and Marketing team in managing client communications, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, artwork approvals, and production updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, orders, and client communications.
  • Support order tracking from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Help organize and monitor client follow-ups and after-sales service.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles (experience in apparel or manufacturing industry is an advantage).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
