Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Administrative Staff based in Makati. The Sales Administrative Staff will be responsible for providing support by prospecting sales opportunities, leads generation, maintaining records, preparing reports, handling client inquiries, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, and managing related administrative tasks. They will also help with scheduling, invoicing, and tracking sales performance metrics to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including record keeping, scheduling, and report generation
- Competency in communication, including handling client inquiries and coordinating with different teams
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRMs) and familiarity with sales tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Graduate of Any-Four year degree course
- With or without experience.
