The opportunity

Marie France Bodyline International, Inc.' is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Metro Manila. As HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic HR initiatives for our Real Estate division to Real Estate affiliate company, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent to drive the continued success of our business.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes and systems to support the overall HR function across our Real Estate business
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
  • Lead the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, development and succession planning
  • Demonstrate and apply expertise in overall recruitment and training processes.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to the leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and support the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR generalist role, ideally within the Real Estate industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective HR policies, processes and systems
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance
  • Must be willing to travel to sites (Batangas/Laguna)
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
