Responsibilities:
Manage, lead, and develop the C&B Team.
Design the set of different compensation and benefits policies.
- Lead different HR Projects (not just projects from the recruitment and compensation and benefits area)
- Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
