About the Role:
Flexihire Talent is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, talent acquisition, and employee relations, paired with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys shaping HR strategies that drive company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices across regions.
- Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Drive HR projects and initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations, ideally in a fast-growing or global organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
