About the Role:

Flexihire Talent is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, talent acquisition, and employee relations, paired with excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices across regions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations, ideally in a fast-growing or global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
