Job Summary:

The HR Officer is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management, ensuring HR policies and practices align with business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Job Description:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings and background checks.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.

3. Benefits & Compensation:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing.

4. Compliance & HR Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to HR compliance.

5. Performance Management & Training:

  • Support performance evaluation processes.
  • Identify employee development needs and recommend training programs.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent development initiatives.

6. HR Administration:

  • Maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in the real estate industry.
