Job Summary

The HR Assistant & Clinic Management Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources functions and ensures smooth clinic operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with staff, management, and external partners to maintain efficient and quality healthcare service.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, 201 files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime submissions; coordinate with accounting for payroll-related updates.
  • Assist with performance monitoring, incident reports, and memos.
  • Support HR programs such as training, evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR standards.

Clinic Management Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate clinic staff such as nurses, relievers, and support personnel.
  • Monitor clinic schedules, staffing needs, and daily assignments.
  • Oversee clinic inventory, supplies, equipment requests, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and service providers (e.g., HMO, medicine suppliers, facility management).
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and timely submission of clinic logs and records.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols.
  • Visit onsite clinic branches as required by management to assist with operations, staff concerns, or coordination needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
