Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the clinic and wellness medicines, as well as other related supplies, ensuring they are available for use by employees and dependents. To provide accurate and efficient administrative support for MICT-Clinic requirements, processes, and guidelines.

Job Description:

  • Ensures Availability of Medical Clinic Medicines and Supplies
  • Assist the Occupational Health Nurses (OH Nurses) with Prescribed Medications
  • Facilitate the Preparation of Purchase Requests (PR) for Clinic Medicines and Supplies, Vaccines, APE (Annual Physical Exam), and Other Essential Clinic Resources
  • Manage HMO Transactions and Maintain HMO Masterfile Accuracy
  • Facilitate the Preparation of eRequest for Payment (eRFP) for Clinic Management, HMO, and Other Providers
  • Support Clinic Activities Organized by the Health & Wellness Superintendent
  • Process Fitness Center Memberships and Oversee Gym Operations

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Human Resource or Psychology
  • Atleast 1-2 years work related experience in Healthcare administrative role
  • Skilled in preparing reports for HR and Health & Wellness teams.
  • Willing to work in a weekend/ sunday duty (with weekdays off)
  • Willing to work in Port Area, Manila
