Role Overview:

The Creative Content & Multimedia role is responsible for producing all visual materials for the clinic — from social media graphics and digital ads to in-clinic displays and campaign assets. This includes hands-on photography, videography, and video editing for treatments, before-and-afters, events, and behind-the-scenes content. The position works closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute content strategies, repurpose materials per platform, and ensure consistent branding across all outputs. The role also oversees asset organization, coordinates photo/video shoots, and upholds the clinic's aesthetic standards in every deliverable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture photo and reel content, including treatments, before-and-afters, BTS, and events
  • Design on-brand visuals for social media, posters, brochures, ads, and email campaigns
  • Edit videos for TikTok, Meta Reels, YouTube, with captions, effects, and music
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized versions across platforms
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign planning and creative strategies
  • Maintain an organized library of photo/video assets and editable templates
  • Ensure consistent branding across all visual outputs
  • Assist in setting up and coordinating clinic-based photo/video shoots

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Must be skilled in photo/video content creation and editing for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite,Canva,CapCut and other similar tools
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and branding
  • Organized and able to manage files and content timelines
  • Comfortable directing or assisting in shoots
  • Must be willing to work on-site (Tomas Morato, Quezon City) — Monday to Saturday
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or clinic-related content is a plus
