We are currently looking for a Clinic Receptionist with an HRM background who is personable, organized, and passionate about providing excellent front-desk service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with a warm smile and assist them in a courteous, professional manner
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings
  • Manage and maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Coordinate clinic schedules and assist in day-to-day operations
  • Process payments, billing, and documentation
  • Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and inviting
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic manager and medical staff

Qualifications

  • Graduate or has background of Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or related field
  • Experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative, preferably in a medical or aesthetic clinic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient in using computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work in BGC, Manila
