DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Attends to applicants and employees' at the Employees Clinic for the following services:

  2. Pre-Employment Medical Examination for Applicants

  3. Annual Physical Exam
  4. Medical Consultation
  5. Sick Leave & Fit-to-Work after Sick Leave
  6. Medical Clearances
  7. First Aid
  8. Medicine Allowance Availment

  9. Benefits Availment

  10. Coordinates schedule of medical examination

  11. Takes vital signs, history and initial assessments of patients and record them accordingly
  12. Coordinates with Allied Medical Services and other hospital units any referral for diagnostic tests or procedures
  13. Coordinate and follow up with Radiology and Laboratory the result of diagnostic test for pre-employment medical exam and annual physical examination.
  14. Dispenses ordinary (OTC) medicines and administer injectable medicines and/or vaccines as prescribed by the authorized physician. Records and monitors vaccinations done in the Electronic Log Sheet
  15. Encodes charges to Bizbox
  16. Issues fit-to-work clearance to employees returning from sick leave
  17. Provide result of medical examination to Talent Acquisition and applicant
  18. If with medical findings, notify both parties and arrange for referral to consultant or diagnostic service if needed
  19. Maintain and safekeep medical records of the employees
  20. Monitor census of the clinic
  21. Conduct clinic inventory, monitor stock level and procure needed medical supplies and medicines
  22. Prepare reports as required (DOLE reports, annual medical report for DOLE submission and other reports related to the Clinic Operations as requested by HR Director)
  23. Ensures confidentiality of records and processes data in adherence to data privacy law and data privacy policy
