The Clinic Duty Nurse delivers frontline medical care to guests, patrons, and employees within the property. The role ensures prompt first-aid response, accurate medical assessment, monitoring of work-related health concerns, and effective coordination of wellness programs, while upholding company policies and occupational health standards.

What you'll do:

1. Employee Health & Medical Support

  • Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees and, when applicable, guests.
  • Conduct daily health assessments, including vital signs monitoring and initial medical triage.
  • Assist in managing employee medical concerns, work-related incidents, and follow-up check-ups.

2. Clinic Operations

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the company clinic at all times.

  • Monitor and update medical supplies, first-aid kits, and clinic inventory; request replenishment when needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of medical records in compliance with Data Privacy Laws.

3. Health Surveillance & Documentation

  • Record all clinic consultations, treatments, and medical incidents in the logbook and HR/clinic system.
  • Prepare and submit reports (Daily Clinic Report, Incident Report, Medical Monitoring, etc.).
  • Assist in evaluating fit-to-work status and coordinate follow-up documentation.

4. Occupational Health & Safety Compliance

  • Support implementation of OSH Programs (Annual Medical Exam, Drug Testing, Vaccination Drives, etc.).
  • Participate in workplace inspections, safety audits, and emergency response drills.
  • Coordinate with DOLE-accredited safety officers, physicians, and external medical partners.

5. Employee Wellness & Engagement

  • Assist in running health-related activities (Wellness Week, health seminars, fitness challenges).
  • Promote healthy lifestyle habits and provide basic counseling when needed.

6. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with HR, Security, Housekeeping, and other departments during emergencies or medical-related incidents.
  • Coordinate with external hospitals, clinics, or ambulance providers for referrals and transfers.
  • Ensure professional, compassionate communication with employees while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN), with active PRC license.
  • Training in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid; OHNAP/OSH training is an advantage.
  • Preferably with experience in occupational health, hotel/casino industry, or corporate clinic setup.
  • Strong documentation, assessment, and emergency response skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced and high-volume environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Work Schedule

  • Shift-based schedule (may include weekends, holidays, and night shifts).
  • On-call availability during emergencies or special events.
