We are looking for a Clinical Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for onboarding nurses and healthcare contractors. This role collaborates closely with subject matter experts to create training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver clinical training programs aligned with best practices and company standards.
  • Create training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, interactive modules).
  • Assess participants' knowledge and provide feedback/support.
  • Monitor and improve training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
  • Ensure training programs follow current healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Work with clinical operations, HR, and QA teams to align training with organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training activities and attendance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Clinical experience in a healthcare setting (hospital preferred).
  • Experience designing and conducting training in a BPO healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g., Joint Commission, HIPAA) is an advantage.
