About the Role

We are looking for a HubSpot expert to own and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who has deep platform knowledge, thrives on creating scalable systems, and can translate business goals into HubSpot strategies that drive measurable results.

As our HubSpot Manager, you will not just execute campaigns — you'll design, build, and optimize the entire HubSpot environment to ensure our CRM, automation, reporting, and integrations are running at an expert level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, clean pipelines, and scalable setup.
  • Build and improve workflows, lead scoring models, and automation for sales and marketing alignment.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and dashboards to track performance.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party tools and support API-based connections.
  • Develop advanced reporting and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Act as the HubSpot subject matter expert, driving best practices and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HubSpot experience
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize workflows and automations.
  • Experience with API integrations, third-party tools, and custom workflows.
  • Advanced skills in analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Previous B2B experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php120,000.00 per month
