Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HubSpot Technical Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem, leading CRM migrations, integrations, automations, and overall operations. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, and ensure data integrity across all systems. You will be the key decision-maker in leveraging HubSpot to its fullest potential, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will have deep HubSpot expertise, a strong technical background, and the leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management

• Design, clean, and maintain CRM data for accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct audits to identify inefficiencies, duplicates, and process gaps within HubSpot.
• Develop standardized usage guidelines and documentation for internal teams.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and data trends.
• Lead and execute CRM migrations, ensuring smooth data transition from platforms like Appfolio and FINTRX to HubSpot.

Automation & Workflow Development

• Design and implement automated workflows within HubSpot to ensure CRM data is streamlined.
• Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and translate them into scalable HubSpot solutions.

Integrations & Technical Solutions

• Map, design, and implement custom integrations using HubSpot APIs and Private Apps.
• Set up and optimize integrations between HubSpot and other platforms (ie. Zapier, Google, Typeform, JustCall).
• Ensure proper tracking and data synchronization across integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and marketing automation issues.

Training & Support

• Train team members on HubSpot best practices, workflows, and automation.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
• Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance processes.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
