Description
  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM pipelines, contact records, and deal stages.
  • Build, optimize, and monitor HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation for marketing and sales processes.
  • Organize, tag, and segment leads to improve outreach and reporting accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track key performance metrics and campaign results.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive and CEO to identify workflow gaps and enhance lead management efficiency.
  • Assist with related backend tasks such as file organization, vendor coordination, and general administrative work.
  • Conduct regular database cleanups to ensure consistent and accurate records.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to implement CRM best practices and support business objectives.
Hard Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM (not just training or certification-based).
  • Proven experience setting up automation, sequences, and workflows within HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, sales pipelines, and marketing operations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM - 1PM Pacific Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
  • Weeks 1–6: $5 USD/hour
  • Weeks 6-12: $6 USD/hour
  • Weeks 12 onwards:$7 USD/hour
  • HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
