About the Role

We are looking for Account Executives to be based in Cebu, Davao, Manila, and Iloilo. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and meet sales targets through effective negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic planning. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, customer-focused, and thrives in a competitive market environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day sales activities with assigned accounts.
  • Perform direct selling activities and maintain strong client engagement.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct business-building initiatives such as business reviews and planning sessions.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Organize occasional site visits with accounts when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, monthly itineraries, and performance updates.
  • Take ownership of individual sales budgets and targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project sales or a similar sales/account management role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience in the logistics and forwarding industry is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to travel as required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the products/services being sold.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
