HR Asst. Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Asst. Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of the company's Compensation and Benefits (C&B) programs, as well as the accurate management of the HRIS database. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and government regulations while providing strategic guidance and support to employees across multiple sites. The position also supervises HR staff in the execution of HR operations and collaborates closely with management to enhance HR processes and policies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Oversee HRIS database, ensuring timely and accurate updates of employee records and benefits.
- Ensure proper processing and remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF).
- Manage 201 files and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Oversee administration of employee benefits (HMO, insurance, loans, government-mandated leaves).
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff and employees across Makati, Tondo, and Navotas offices.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to management on C&B matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
- At least 3–5 years' experience in C&B, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and government-mandated benefits administration.
- Willing to work across multiple sites (Makati, Tondo, Navotas).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems; excellent communication skills.
