Job Description
As a Purchasing Analyst, you'll support the Procure-to-Pay process, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and compliance across purchasing activities. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage ERP transactions, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and precision.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant Supply Chain or Purchasing experience
- Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing - Coupa preferred
- Able to work independently with little instruction and adapt to change
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details and deadlines
- Able to work well with others in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Tableau is a plus
- Effective communication skills and customer service approach
- Action-oriented, solution-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
Your Daily Tasks
- Assist in the creation of purchase orders for various departments
- Process orders using an ERP purchasing system (Coupa)
- Assist in the creation of change orders and purchase order maintenance
- Help maintain compliance with Procurement Policies and Procedures
- Assist in managing the Purchasing department in implementing more effective purchasing procedures for internal forms, equipment, and telecommunications
- Create and maintain reports to provide visibility to upper management on various topics and issues
- Maintain a high level of customer service with cross-functional departments
- Operate a helpdesk for stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teammates
- Other duties as assigned
