Your Role in the Bigger Picture

Be part of our client's team as an Estimator, responsible for translating blueprints into precise cost estimates that guide project success. You'll use your analytical expertise, industry knowledge, and tech skills to deliver accurate assessments and ensure every project runs efficiently and profitably.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1-3 years of experience in estimating (preferably in flooring, construction, or related industries)
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools; tech-savvy and efficient in using digital solutions
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively and explain complex information clearly
• Familiarity with local market trends and pricing (an advantage)

• Develop detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and client requirements
• Review plans and proposals to determine material, labor, and time needs
• Prepare takeoffs and quantity assessments for mid-sized projects with accuracy and precision

• Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate and competitive pricing
