Job Description

As a Compliance Admin, you'll be responsible for maintaining compliance data and documentation for global automotive projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. You'll manage price and cost updates, coordinate with global teams, and help meet international standards that define automotive excellence.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Associate degree (2-year course) or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with automotive processes is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor
• Native-level fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Capable of following structured methods and procedures to complete complex tasks efficiently and accurately

Your Daily Tasks

• Enter and verify accuracy of data into multiple computer software systems.
• Update Mass Production price/cost changes.
• Initiate projects, gather and update information, monitor completion progress, and compile master draft submissions (IMDS, USMCA Content, Conflict Minerals, etc.) before customer due dates.
• Communicate with group companies and departments within global operations as appropriate.
• Correspond with various customers and suppliers to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Identify, research, and resolve data integrity issues in reports before final submissions (quantitative and non-quantitative analysis).
• Maintain the master project tracking sheet daily for project completion verification by management.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
