Company Overview:

The companyis a real estate investment and property management firm specializing in multifamily housing, mixed-use properties, and commercial real estate. The company manages diverse portfolios and requires accurate financial oversight, reporting, and accounting support to streamline its operations.

Position Overview:

They are seeking an Accountant / Bookkeeper with proven experience in real estate and property management accounting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with CRM software such as Yardi is required to ensure accurate and efficient management of property-related financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Track property-related income and expenses, including rent collection, vendor payments, and lease agreements.
  • Maintain and update financial records within Yardi CRM.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for property portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate and property management.
  • Proficiency in Yardi CRM (or similar property management accounting software).
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
