About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper / Accountant who can wear multiple hats and grow with us.

The role will begin on a part-time basis with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as responsibilities expand and client load increases.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage QuickBooks Online accounts for multiple clients
  • ⁠Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
  • Handle Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Conduct audits and maintain clean, organized books
  • Prepare and interpret financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
  • Provide client-facing support and occasional customer service
  • Proactively communicate updates and identify discrepancies
  • Ability to create charts and graphs for reporting
  • Executive support for team members.

Compensation & Schedule

Rate: $5–$7 per hour (negotiable based on experience and skill set)

Schedule: part-time to start, with potential for full-time transition. Fixed hours are negotiable to the client.

Growth opportunities and client expansion available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php470.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
