What You'll Do

As our Accountant / Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial management across multiple properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing full-cycle accounting — AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Performing bank and account reconciliations and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Tracking income and expenses related to rent collections, leases, and vendor transactions.
  • Maintaining financial records using Yardi CRM (or similar property management software).
  • Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Working closely with property managers, vendors, and internal teams to improve financial processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper — experience in law firm or accounting firm environments is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Yardi CRM or other property management accounting systems (QuickBooks, AppFolio, Buildium, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
