Job Overview

SmartScale360 is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter (Remote) to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end caregiver recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to onboarding caregivers who are passionate about delivering quality home care services. If you have experience in healthcare staffing, caregiver recruitment, or talent acquisition and want to work in a remote HR position based in the Philippines, this opportunity is for you

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Recruitment Process

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for caregiver roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top caregiving and healthcare talent.

Candidate Engagement

  • Serve as the main point of contact for caregiver applicants.
  • Provide guidance and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build relationships with caregivers to improve candidate engagement and retention.

Talent Sourcing & Assessment

  • Utilize job boards, social media recruiting, community outreach, and referral programs.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate caregiving skills, healthcare qualifications, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Teams

  • Partner with hiring managers, training teams, and HR to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to improve caregiver selection.

Record-Keeping & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant data in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment standards.

Qualifications & RequirementsExperience & Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition (healthcare/caregiver recruitment preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, caregiver sourcing, or senior care recruitment is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple caregiver job openings.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, job boards, and ATS systems.

Technical Setup

  • Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps minimum).
  • PC/Laptop (minimum 8GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent).
  • Noise-canceling headset & professional home office setup.

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants only).
  • Salary: Competitive PHP 35, ,000/month + performance bonuses + sign-on bonus.
