This is your shot to lead a remote sales team, close high-ticket deals, and grow with our company. This pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to expand our client base by establishing strong relationships and securing contracts with healthcare organizations. What You'll Do:

Pick up the phone and close deals (yes, you'll call)

Lead a remote sales team (closers & setters)

Set targets — and make sure they hit them

Manage the pipeline, CRM, and reporting

Collaborate with marketing for high-quality leads

Build playbooks, dashboards & processes that scale

Own weekly performance calls and monthly reviews

Report directly to the CEO with numbers & insights

  • You live in the Philippines
  • You've led a team and closed deals yourself
  • You're comfortable making discovery/strategy calls on Zoom
  • You're fluent in English (spoken + written)
  • You love numbers, systems, and holding people accountable
  • You don't wait for permission , you take the lead
