This is a fully remote role ideal for someone based in the Philippines, looking to support a U.S.-based mental health care company.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and admin positions such as Associate Psychotherapists (ACSW, APCC, AMFT) or Licensed Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologists), Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Billers, Medical VA, appointment schedulers.
  • Source top-tier candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant records
  • Stay updated on U.S. healthcare hiring trends and best practices
What You Bring
  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter (mental healthcare recruiting preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, and ATS tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and social perceptiveness
  • Experience recruiting U.S.-based clinicians and admin staff is preferred, such as Associate Psychotherapists (ACSW, APCC, AMFT) or Licensed Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologists), Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners.
