Salary Range: Open to Negotiation

The role
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with enterprise clients within the data storage and infrastructure sector. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, expanding business opportunities, and delivering data storage solutions that meet client needs in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts across multiple industries.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and high customer satisfaction.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities for data storage, cloud, and backup solutions.
- Develop account strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Solution Expertise:
- Work closely with technical teams to tailor data storage solutions that align with client infrastructure, scalability, and compliance needs.
- Stay current on storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, object storage, cloud storage, hybrid systems).
- Relationship Management:
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with decision-makers, including IT leaders, procurement teams, and C-level executives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with key clients.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical support, product, and marketing) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to product teams on market trends and customer requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales, preferably within semiconductor, data storage, cloud, or IT infrastructure industries.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of data storage architectures, backup/recovery, cloud integration, and data security.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
