Job Title: Account Manager

Role Purpose

The Account Manager (AM) serves as the day-to-day contact between clients and the agency. The AM ensures the campaigns are executed seamlessly across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels while maintaining client satisfaction, project profitability, and internal alignment.

This role requires a balance project management, client servicing, and cross functional collaboration to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives and uphold the agencys creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

  2. Serves as the the primary daily contact for assigned clients

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers and marketing teams
  4. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs for the agency

  5. Ensure client expectations are managed effectively and deliverables meet agreed standards

  6. Campaign and Project Execution

  7. Manage day-to-day execution of ATL, BTL, and Digital campaigns

  8. Write and deliver clear and concise briefs to Creative, Digital, Strategy and Production teams
  9. Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets; escalates risks when needed
  10. Work with project/traffic managers to keep campaigns on track.

  11. Ensures seamless integration across all touchpoints - from TV, radio, print, OOH to activations, events and digital platforms

  12. Financial Management

  13. Prepare cost estimates and ensures approvals are obtained

  14. Monitor project profitablity in coordination with Finance
  15. Track billing and collections for assigned projects

  16. Support the Senior Account Manager/Director in revenue forecasting

  17. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  18. Partner with Creative and Strategy to deliver impactful solutions

  19. Work with Digital teams to ensure campaigns leverage performance and platform best practices
  20. Coordinate with Production/Procurement for BTL activations and third-party vendor requirements

  21. Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely billing and accurate reporting

  22. Reporting & Insights

  23. Deliver regular status reports to clients and internal leadership

  24. Track KPIs and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

  25. Support quaarterly business reviews with data, case studies, and success metrics

  26. Team Support and Development

  27. Mentor Account Executives and support their growth

  28. Collaborate with peers to share best practices in client servicing

  29. Provide feedback upward on account challenges and opportunities

  30. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications

  31. 3-5 years of account servicing experience in an advertising or creative agency
  32. Solid understanding of ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print), BTL (events, activations, promos), and Digital marketing
  33. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  34. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Workamjig, or similar
  35. Basic knowledge of media and digital performance metrics is a plus
