Technical Recruiter
3Cloud is a Gold-Certified Microsoft Azure technology consulting firm and Azure Services Provider that provides cloud strategy, design, implementation, acquisition and ongoing managed services to its clients across various industries. We are hiring so quickly that we are looking to add fire power to our team. Specifically, we know there is great talent out there, but it is a matter of finding people.
We are looking to add a Technical Recruiterwho has an ability to scour the market and find gems for us to consider. This is the perfect job for someone who loves the hunt, figuring out new and different ways to find people who might not have the obvious profile or work at bigger-name companies that are easy to find using standard tools. This critical role will have a major impact on our 3Cloud's overall growth strategies.
What you'll do
- Partner with Recruiters to determine the best approach for sourcing so that we get the right people at the right time. You will work with our recruiters to develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with the company's Recruiting Strategies.
- Generate Leads. This will be one of your most important responsibilities because without the right talent we cannot meet the needs of our clients. To find these candidates, you will need to know how and where to search for them. Your knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other (online) channels is, therefore, indispensable.
- Source candidates. This can take place in various ways, from Boolean and board sourcing to database, social media, phone, and mobile (via text messages) sourcing.
- Actively reach out to candidates. You will be the first person who will reach out to an active or passive candidate, simultaneously assessing their viability and enticing them to learn more. You will need to be comfortable talking to and engaging with all sorts of people with different skills and backgrounds. You will need to know how to explain who we are as an organization and the benefits of working with us. The market is really hot right now, so this is a great opportunity for you to leverage your creativity to make sure that you are getting people's attention and enticing them to keep talking to learn more.
- Maintain data so that we have good analytics and reporting. You will need to use our Applicant Tracking System to keep track of metrics such as conversion rates (how many candidates that got in via what channel converted into hires, etc.), how many passive candidates turned into applicants, how many sourced candidates got to the interview stage, and so on. The aim is to keep optimizing the sourcing strategy and process based on this data.
- Build and maintain a talent pool. While you will look for candidates to fill current open positions, you will also work to build and maintain a talent pool for our future hiring needs.
- Follow-up on referrals (in a very timely manner). Sourcing happens via multiple channels, one of them being a company's current employees in the form of referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, and/or related business experience
- 3-5 years of work experience with 1+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- A passion for finding purple unicorns and engaging with them
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus) and candidate management systems
- Strong research skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Continuously develop creative ways to find top talent
- Strong time management skills
- A marketing mindset helping you to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
- Self-motivated
- Collaborative
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
