We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and HR Consultant based in the Philippines to join our growing regional team on a contractor basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Recruitment and HR Consultant, you will partner with our clients across the FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors, supporting their talent acquisition and HR needs across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, HR advisory, and ensuring best practices in compliance and people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions (sales, marketing, technical, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Provide HR support in areas such as employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation
  • Support HR and recruitment projects across Philippines regions
  • Maintain accurate candidate and HR data records

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Recruitment Or HR, preferably within FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific talent market, especially the Philippines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines
  • Previous experience working with international clients preferred
