Internal Senior Recruiter

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to move fast, think strategically, and bring in top talent across borders—especially in LATAM. You'll help build the teams that power our clients and our own company, managing everything from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers.
This isn't a coordinator role. It's for someone who thrives in a startup environment—autonomous, data-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities without missing the details.

Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Own end-to-end hiring for roles across design, marketing, operations, and technology.
- Lead intake calls, manage sourcing strategies, run screening interviews, and close top talent.
Global & LATAM Talent Acquisition
- Develop sourcing strategies for LATAM markets while coordinating global recruiting needs.
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong understanding of regional compensation trends, talent pools, and cultural nuances.
Pipeline Management & Process Optimization
- Keep candidate pipelines organized and up-to-date in our ATS.
- Continuously improve our hiring process to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate experience.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring priorities and craft clear role briefs.
- Report hiring metrics, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
Tech-Enabled Recruitment
- Use AI and sourcing automations to find, engage, and evaluate candidates efficiently.
- Stay current on emerging tools and tactics that improve quality of hire and recruiter efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong background sourcing and hiring across LATAM and other international markets
- Skilled at building relationships, managing expectations, and closing candidates in competitive markets
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment with shifting priorities
- Confident using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS systems
- Experience hiring for creative, marketing, or technical roles is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and tangible results
