Role: Part-time Social Media Manager and Real Estate Admin
Location: Remote
Schedule: 24hrs/week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during Brisbane business hours
Rate: 540 AUD/mo. (paid bi-monthly)
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin and Social Media Manager to support our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in real estate contract preparation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency. This role blends administrative responsibilities with creative marketing support, making it ideal for someone who is both organized and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare real estate contracts and liaise with conveyancers, building inspectors, and pest inspectors.
- Schedule property-related appointments and inspections.
- Order, coordinate, and proof property signage.
- Suggest and implement marketing ideas to support property campaigns.
- Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content.
- Assist with website content updates and online marketing efforts.
- Support general marketing initiatives including property presentations and promotional materials.
- Maintain organized digital files using Dropbox and ensure smooth communication across the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate contracts and documentation.
- Organized and reliable, with proven experience in scheduling.
- Creative mindset with experience in social media, websites, and marketing.
- Comfortable using a range of digital tools and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and suggest improvements.
The candidate must be proficient in the following tools:
- Canva (design and marketing materials)
- Dropbox (file management)
- Windows / Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- CRM (for property and client management)
