As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for generating and pre-qualifying prospect leads for our real estate team. In this role, you will contact potential clients, gauge their interest in our services, and set up appointments for our agents to discuss the possibility of selling or home renovation opportunities. Your goal is to build a pipeline of prospective clients and create the first point of contact that sets the stage for successful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospect leads using prepared call lists and scripts.
  • Introduce the company and our services in a professional, friendly manner to generate interest.
  • Pre-qualify leads by asking key questions to determine motivation, needs, and timing.
  • Schedule appointments to meet with qualified prospects.
  • Track and record all calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and client information for future follow-up.
  • Follow up on previously contacted leads to nurture and keep them engaged.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience is a plus, but not required—we'll provide the leads, the script, and the support. You just bring your determination and sales skills.
  • Strong English Speaking Ability (CEFR rating B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
  • Interest in real estate or knowledge of the industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work EST hours.

Please note that the starting rate is $4.

Job Type: Full-time
