Organization Development Manager

As OD Manager, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of OD programs and interventions according to the needs of the organization to build and sustain the desired culture in REBISCO and support the attainment of the company's vision.
ResponsibilitiesPERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS)
• Facilitate cascade sessions on target-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation with people leaders to guide them on effective performance management
• Facilitate the standardization of KPIs across groups and units through partnership with the Heads and external consultants
• Monitor the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) in the company – from targets and development plans being set, monitoring and coaching, to evaluation and calibration sessions with people leaders
• Propose improvement/s on the existing PMS through various communication channels (e.g., memo, alerts) so that the teams and employees know and understand the changes being implemented
• Co-facilitate the evaluation and calibration discussion with Department and Business Unit (BU) Heads to ensure that performance ratings across teams are given fairly
• Co-develop learning materials for PMS with Rebisco University to orient new hires and new people leaders, as well as provide refresher sessions to employees and heads
• Provide support employees in the use of HR Management System for Performance Management
CULTURE-BUILDING
• Help define or operationalize the workplace culture that exemplifies our family values through conduct of workshops with management, surveys, and FGD and analyzing core themes
• Recommend how best to cascade and reinforce the workplace culture declaration to ensure that these values are practiced consistently across the organization
• Assist in the cascade of the workplace culture declaration to people leaders and P&C partners, in partnership with Rebisco University
• Develop employee engagement programs that would enable employees to demonstrate the company's value
SUCCESSION DEVELOPMENT AND CAREER MANAGEMENT
• Provide support in the identification of critical roles in the organization and creation/updating of success profiles for each role
• Co-facilitate talent reviews to ensure alignment of PMS results with the identification of key talents and potential successors
• Co-develop generic career paths for critical and leadership roles so that employees can visualize and plan their careers within the organization, and they can align it with their development plans
• Keep track of the developmental progress of the key talents and potential successors so that they meet their developmental goals and objectives within their committed timelines
ORGANIZATION AND WORK DESIGN
• Assist in the design of org structures with clear definition of roles and responsibilities and with the right size as aligned with team or business strategy to fulfill the organization's goals and objectives
• Create and updates job descriptions as aligned with the approved org structures
• Ensure that job roles are also defined based on their Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct relevant research and benchmarking studies that could be incorporated in the proposed org design
• Consult with Department Heads and/or Business Unit Heads and relevant stakeholders to obtain their feedback and approval
• Assist in the communication of changes to the involved stakeholders so they can prepare and adapt in their workplaces
• Support the execution of manpower planning exercises for the enterprise through validating the need for additional manpower for a given year
ORGANIZATIONAL DIAGNOSIS
• Devise a methodology to properly diagnose the organization or team's needs and requirements
• Assess the organizational landscape and needs to determine appropriate interventions to address team and org challenges
• Formulate assigned OD programs based on the results of diagnosis and feedback from people leaders and other relevant stakeholders
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate assigned OD programs and provide catch-up plans to ensure achievement of targets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
- A Diploma or post-graduate studies related to Organization Development is a plus
- With at least 4-5 years of related work experience in supervisory or managerial level, preferably in org transformation, e.g., setting up a new organization or restructuring, rightsizing
- Has broad knowledge of theoretical foundations of org development and change management and ability to apply them and design efficient strategies, interventions, and processes
- Ability to diagnose org and team problems and recommend appropriate interventions
- Ability to facilitate intergroup processes to improve relationships and workplace efficiency
- Ability to develop and manage trusting relationships and partnerships to drive OD programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising on quality
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
