We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Research and Development Associate to join our team This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in the world of cosmetics and product development.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Experience in R&D and formulation is an advantage.
  • Decisive, organized, research- and solutions-oriented, with strong integrity
  • Trainable and willing to learn new things
  • Willing to work Pasig City

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve formulations, methods, and technologies to ensure cost-effectiveness and product quality.
  • Participate in new product scale-up, process improvement, technology transfer, and process validation activities.
  • Conduct various tests to ensure product safety and effectiveness.
  • Recommend materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services as needed.
  • Develop products with careful consideration of quality, stability, efficacy, safety, and economy.
  • Conduct stability tests and prepare proper documentation for each product.
  • Create the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) of cosmetic products for production.
  • Conduct validation of approved formulas in production.
  • Support production operations on process improvements, raw material qualifications, and OOS investigations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
