Position: Technical Support Level 3

Work Location: RCBC Tower 2, Makati

Work Setup: Work-from-Office (Onsite)

Work Shift: Mid Shift (aligned with UK hours)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of technical/application support and customer service experience
  • SQL experience required
  • .NET experience desirable
  • AWS & Azure hosting experience preferred
  • Experience working with CRM/ Ticket management solutions such as Zendesk and Rally preferred
  • Excellent communication skills through all avenues
  • Must have a strong team attitude and be well-spoken, outgoing, dependable and flexible
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organised
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft & Google office products

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
