Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Process and track orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate order status, pricing, and transportation details
  • Provide order confirmations, lead times, and pricing
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and buying teams
  • Address quality and non-quality-related concerns
  • Support marketing initiatives and other customer service tasks
  • Manage time effectively and stay organized

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (phone, email, chat)
  • Voice & chat experience is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite in 1Nito Tower, Ayala, Cebu City
