About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Nezda Technologies, Inc. as an Outbound Representative (Telemarketer). In this full-time role, responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers and driving sales in the Makati City Metro Manila area. What you'll be doing

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the client
  • Promote Individual and Family health plans, including sachet products and seasonal offers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups.
  • Record call outcomes and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with other MediCard departments for lead handover and escalation.

What we're looking for

  1. 6 months - 1 year of experience telemarketing experience or in a sales or customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills
