About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Voice) to join our growing support team in the Philippines. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in the United States, assisting with inquiries, account issues, and product support.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to deliver clear and professional service over the phone. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure every customer receives quick, accurate, and courteous assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, account setup, and billing concerns.
  • Provide professional and empathetic support to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow company-approved call scripts, escalation procedures, and quality assurance standards.
  • Record all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to escalate complex issues or service requests.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals, including call handling time, quality assurance scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
