About the Role

We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to connect with clients interested in finance and loan products for the Australian market. You'll play a key role in guiding customers through the loan application process — from the first call to submission — while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Reach out to potential clients to discuss their financial needs and introduce suitable loan options.
  • Assist clients in completing loan applications over the phone, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide regular updates and maintain consistent communication throughout the application process.

Coordination & Liaison

  • Serve as the main point of contact between applicants and the Credit Decision Team.
  • Ensure all required documents and information are submitted on time.
  • Communicate any follow-up requests or clarifications to clients clearly and professionally.

Documentation & Verification

  • Verify client details and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all client interactions and loan progress.

Customer Experience

  • Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Deliver excellent service to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Credit Decision Team to facilitate timely loan approvals.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure efficient end-to-end service delivery.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or loan support, preferably in the finance or lending industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and computer applications
  • Knowledge of Australian finance and loan products is an advantage
  • High level of professionalism and a client-first mindset
