Night Shift

Compensation:
PHP 25,000/month (PHP 20,500 Basic + PHP 4,500 Allowance)

The Role

Join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative supporting a leading US-based health share organization. You will be the primary contact for members and healthcare providers, resolving issues, answering questions about benefits and eligibility, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from members and providers regarding health share plans.
  • Provide one-call resolution for questions on eligibility, benefits, and medical needs.
  • Explain complex health sharing information clearly and accurately.
  • Review and verify sensitive medical information (HIPAA compliance).
  • Document all interactions and update member information in our system.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (BPO/call center preferred).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional English communication and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient with computers (MS Outlook, Google Suite).
  • Must be willing to work on-site (Makati or Clark) and on a night shift.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare, health insurance, or HIPAA experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Salesforce knowledge.
